1. Unqualified raw materials: the raw materials are mainly cement and sand. If the strength grade of the cement used is too low, or there are expired caked cement and damp caked cement in the cement, the strength and abrasion resistance of cement concrete will be seriously affected. If the sand particle size is too small, its surface area will be large, the mixing water demand will be large, the water cement ratio will increase, and the strength of polyetheramine curing agent concrete will decrease; If the sand contains too much mud, it is bound to affect the bonding between cement and sand, and it is easy to cause sand on the ground.

2. Improper curing: the cement mortar floor is generally cured for 7 days, which includes the initial setting, final setting, hardening and hydration of cement after mixing with water. Although people can leave after drying the next day, the beginning of hardening of cement does not mean the end of hydration. Hydration will also infiltrate into the cement particles and constantly strengthen the strength of the cement mortar floor from the inside. If the curing time is not enough, the hydration of cement will be affected, thus affecting the strength.

3. Water cement ratio: when the cement mortar is configured, the water cement ratio is too large, which leads to excessive consistency of the cement mortar, which makes the cement floor constructed by polyether amine easy to sand.

4. Improper calendering time: it is too early. At the beginning of cement hydration, calendering at this time will cause the cement surface to appear water luster due to incomplete formation of gel and excessive moisture, which is unfavorable to the strength and abrasion resistance of the cement mortar on the surface. Too late, if the cement mortar has set and hardened during polishing, the difficulty of polishing will increase, and improper operation will damage the hardened surface, which will greatly reduce the strength and abrasion resistance of the surface.
